ArborFest Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all attendees (“Attendees”) of ArborFest (“Event”), hosted by Noble Oak Safety & Training and owned by Sherrilltree.com. By purchasing a ticket to the Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tickets and Registration

1.1 Tickets purchased for ArborFest are non-refundable.

1.2 In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying the Event organizers via email at least 7 days before the Event date.

1.3 If you do not attend the Event, you will not be entitled to a refund or a credit for future events.

2. Event Changes and Cancellation

2.1 Noble Oak Safety & Training and Sherrilltree.com reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, or venue at any time and without prior notice.

2.2 In the unlikely event that ArborFest is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to the original ticket purchaser.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 All Attendees are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Event.

3.2 Noble Oak Safety & Training and Sherrilltree.com reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without any refund.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

4.1 Noble Oak Safety & Training and Sherrilltree.com are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Event.

4.2 Attendees assume all risks associated with participating in Event activities, including but not limited to travel to and from the Event.

4.3 The Event organizers are not liable for any expenses incurred due to changes or cancellation of the Event, including travel or accommodation costs.

5. Photography and Recording

5.1 By attending ArborFest, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by authorized personnel during the Event.

5.2 Noble Oak Safety & Training and Sherrilltree.com reserve the right to use any photos, videos, or recordings of the Event for promotional or commercial purposes without any compensation to you.

6. Personal Information

6.1 Any personal information provided during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of Event administration and communication.

6.2 Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey..

7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey and North Carolina.
